In this class we will get inspired by an all-time favorite book here at The Art Garage - “The Dot” by Peter Reynolds! Students will have a blast this week using materials “outside of the norm” and experimenting with how they can use these unconventional materials to make their mark. We will look into the artwork of Georges Seurat and Yayoi Kusama as we experiment with new ways to create and compose with colorful, one-of-a-kind “dots.”
