A picture is worth a thousand words, join us as we embark on a crash course of the history and basics of photography before delving into works of our own. If they have it, students will need to come to class each day with a point-and-shoot camera, a cell phone camera, or we will supply an iPad during classroom time. We will explore photography technique and composition, develop our own cyanotype prints, make our own camera obscura and create a one-of-a-kind collaborative photo transfer collage.
