Explore the true beauty of a garden with botanical illustrations! Campers will study plants native to Colorado (including the ones growing here at the Art Garage!) while learning about the stages of plant growth and the structure of plants. We will then apply our botanical observations to drawing and painting a variety of plants while learning new artistic techniques. Students will also learn about famous artists who were also inspired by the garden as well as about the style and techniques that made them famous.
