Calling all art-cheologists! We'll excavate images of ancient Egypt this week as we get inspired by everything from sphinxes to hieroglyphics. Artists will travel back in time to explore what it was like to live like an ancient Egyptian by the pyramids at Giza. We'll learn fun facts and study important aspects of ancient Egyptian art and culture through the creation of our own Egyptian masks, ceramic scarab beetles, a mini sarcophagus, and more!
