In this class, music and art will merge as we explore both historical and subjective relationships between music and visual art. Art and music often influence each other in many different ways. The are many similar terms that are used in both art forms such as repetition, variety, intensity and balance. In this class, students will learn the relationship between both forms of art by creating drawings, paintings and ceramics while listening to different types of music and with their application of new terminology.
