This class takes place at International Academy of Denver (2401 E 37th Ave, Denver, CO 80205). This class is open to the public, and not limited to International Academy students. Students will learn pen and ink techniques including different kinds of mark making such as cross hatching and stippling to shade and embellish beautiful detailed pen and ink drawings. Students will learn how to advance doodling into finished art pieces by blending the use of watercolor and fine line work. Students will look at artwork by Yellena James to inspire their projects.
*Please note: This program is grant funded and attendance is required. Families will be refunded $5 per day attended on the last day of class, up to the full $15 tuition.
