Updated July 2023 Policy enacted April 15, 2020 [Online Credit Policy](https://artgaragedenver.com/articles/75): Art Garage Online Credit will not be issued except in cases of weather closures or other unforseen circumstances where The Art Garage must cancel class.  Online Art Garage credit currently in your account will automatically be applied the next time you check out on The Art Garage website and The Art Garage Team will let you know the expiration date of your credit at the time of issuance. The amount of credit currently in your account can be viewed by signing into ArtGarageDenver.com, clicking on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page, and clicking "My Account."   The amount of credit in your account will appear just under your profile picture and phone number near the top left of the page. [Transfer Policy](https://artgaragedenver.com/articles/80): Under the discretion of The Art Garage management, customers may transfer out of a paid class and into another class at least one week prior to the start date if there are 4 or more students registered for the initial registered class. If a customer does not transfer at least one week prior to class start date, their registration will be canceled. No refunds will be given. Customers may request to transfer out of a class and into another class one month+ prior to class start date without the need of a minimum of 4 or more registered students in a class. The customer must transfer into another class at the time of transferring out of the class. We are not able to hold your registration for a later transfer or issue credit.
