This class takes place at Smith Elementary (3590 Jasmine St Denver, CO 80207). This class is open to the public, and not limited to Smith Elementary students. We’re heading into the heart of the jungle this week as artists get inspired by the spots, stripes, scales, and speckles of jungle animals. Students will learn an advanced grid drawing technique to enlarge and reproduce a favorite image in incredible detail, explore a variety of materials, and play with patterns and silhouettes while creating complex compositions.
